		<description>Braduro, you're right of course, in that .Mac is just getting better, not going away -- I am just being sentimental about a brand name (one that wasn't that great to begin with).  I already got an email saying my .Mac account will be auto-converted to MobileMe. 

And thanks for the word about the to-dos. I could live without them, but here's hoping they add them soon.</description>

		<description>Correction of sorts: I see no evidence that mobile me or the 3G iphone will support to-dos. The last iphone OS didn't and there's no evidence in the promotional content that this one will either. On the contrary, by complete omission it implies that it won't be supported.

Second, although you may know this better than I, I've heard nothing to suggest that .mac is "going away". All .mac subscribers are automatically issued a mobile me account name and are are welcome, although not obligated, to set up a mobile me email address. Any correspondance or account log-ins directed to .mac will forward to mobile me as if nothing changed. All the features of .mac will still be available, just more of them. Heck, you're even getting 10 more gigs of storage space as an individual subscriber just for being you!</description>
