That’s some amazing flash encoding… I’m wondering if they encoded it themself before uploading to YouTube. I was wondering the other day if it’s better to upload your own flash to YT. Hmm…
Casey, the file is a MPEG compressed Quicktime that I uploaded through the standard YouTube uploader. It actually came out a bit dark. The top of the image should have a faint bit of stage lighting. YouTube blackened it out almost totally.
I think maybe YouTube’s compression tends to do well with animation and high-contrast video. Or maybe Floyd’s stuff is so gorgeous, someone there gives it a little extra TLC.
I’m thinking I will go with the Ultimate Arcade II design… I need to find someone to build the cabinet as I don’t do wood work & live in a small apartment & have no tools… I’m looking at family members at the moment, hopefully that will work, but we’ll see…
