Meet Lee Rubenstein
By jessica.Lee Rubenstein has hit the intern jackpot. After 18 months with Frederator Studios, Lee recently signed on as production designer with Next New Networks. A man of many talents, Lee has wowed us with not just his animation, but also his juggling. I kid you not. The man juggles (a talent widely admired by his co-workers.) In fact, he even spent ten years of his life as a professional clown. Fresh off his uber successful, “The Joy of Shaving,” Lee has taken the Internet by storm including some bold admirers who’ve even proposed marriage. Lee takes it all in stride though even after topping 300,000 views. “I really didn’t think that much about it. I just always wanted to shave with a banana. I would never think in a million years that the stop motion video would blow up like this.” Lee, ya got us all wondering, what’s next?

Lee’s been an incredible colleague these last couple of years. He’s always been cheerful and hardworking. And talented besides! You can see some of his great Channel Frederator ‘postcards’ here. And here’s the award winning festival film he and Dan Meth produced for our first anniversary:
Thanks Lee, glad to have you at NNN.

I actually got a shot of Lee juggling the other day at the office — he had six going at once:
