Crunched…and happy about it

TechCrunch

TechCrunch name-checked Next New Networks, listing our variety of offerings (all except JETSET) and described us as a kind of Weblogs, Inc. of video. Which is in sync with our original thinking in launching the company — from the get-go we noticed some of the similarities and admired what Weblogs did in targeting communities and getting talent from those communities to blog regularly about their chosen subject.

Next New Networks had some simple goals in launching: be authentic voices of the communities we launch networks around; build networks around online emerging television with web features that allow others to share, contribute and distribute; and be dependable and reliable (but not predictable — programming is best when it delivers what you want and surprises along the way). So thanks to TechCrunch for pointing our way, and Weblogs, Inc. for showing us the way.
